We ship internationally from our atelier in Italy. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Standard shipping within Italy takes 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
7. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags attached. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Please contact us before initiating a return.
